Capstone Leadership Academy is a two-day program for high school sophomores designed to cultivate their leadership potential, honing skills around three essential pillars of leadership—values, vision and voice. Created by the Capstone Council and sponsored by the Office of the President and the Division of Student Life, Capstone Leadership Academy gives 10th graders opportunities to build knowledge, apply newly acquired skills, and foster relationships with peers from across Alabama.
